The scan says my storefront is password-protected

Development stores and stores that have not launched keep a storefront password. Page-reading AI crawlers see only the password page, though the catalog API may still answer agent queries. Remove the password under Online Store → Preferences once you launch.

Why does a product score low?

Every deduction is listed on the product's row on the Products page, with an explanation of why AI agents care about that field. The same observed inputs use the same scoring rules, and reports show when the scan completed.

Each product score checks its first 10 media items and first 10 variants. If a product has more, AgentSight adds a zero-point coverage-limited finding so the sample is never presented as a complete nested-data check.

Are fixes safe?

Fixes are built from your own product data using fixed templates — nothing is generated or guessed. Every change records the value it replaced and can be reverted from the Applied fixes page.

What does the free plan include?
